Communication training from Complete Training

Empowering people to live, learn and communicate without barriers.

The Inclusivity Group unites three specialist companies, Complete Communication, Complete Training, and Complete Independence, to provide seamless, person-centred services that make inclusion possible across education, employment, community and the arts.

A percentage of all our sales goes towards our social value and community give-back fund. This pot funds our free British Sign Language (BSL) tasters, free BSL Education signs for schools and youth groups and funded spots on our BSL courses.

A holistic, seamless support model

At The Inclusivity Group, we don’t just offer discrete services, we bring them together into one cohesive journey. Our Braided Support combines the expertise of all three companies within The Inclusivity Group. Whether someone needs communication support, personal development through training, or guidance towards independent living, our three companies work together to remove systemic barriers, avoid fragmentation, and ensure every person receives exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.

Myth vs Fact

Fact: Inclusive organisations consistently outperform less inclusive ones. Strong inclusion leads to increased productivity, better staff retention, reduced sickness, and improved innovation.

Fact: Accessibility benefits everyone—parents, people with temporary injuries, older adults, and neurodivergent employees. Accessible design and communication improve organisational efficiency and reduce risk across the entire workforce.

Sources: GOV.UK, W3C

Fact: Many people do not disclose a disability due to fear of discrimination, past negative experiences, or uncertainty about the process. Proactive policies and clear communication encourage people to request the support they need.

Sources: EHRC, ACAS

Fact: Most adjustments cost nothing or very little, and Access to Work funding can cover additional costs. Adjustments reduce staff turnover, sickness, and accidents—saving organisations money.

Sources: GOV.UK, EHRC

Fact: With the right support, neurodivergent staff often excel in problem-solving, creativity, detail-focused tasks, leadership, and innovative thinking.

Fact: Effective EDI practice requires continuous learning. Best practice changes over time, and regular refreshers ensure teams remain confident, compliant, and inclusive.

Fact: True accessibility covers digital platforms, communication, training, customer experience, and internal processes, not just buildings.

Fact: Disabled people succeed in every industry when barriers are removed. Discrimination, not disability, is the main reason for reduced career opportunities.
