Complete Training was formed in 2022 to ensure all professionals are trained to a recognised professional standard, creating the highest-quality service, no matter where you are.
Our services cover all things training, and our plethora of courses is constantly growing. Whether it’s short online courses about awareness, training up your workplace to become more accessible, or face-to-face BSL training (and much more), we’ve got you covered! We believe that accessibility shouldn’t be exclusive, which is why we’ve made it our mission to work with as many organisations and individuals as possible to create a knowledgeable UK.
My journey begins
I am only at the beginning of my journey with Complete Training, and already, it’s clear to me that every single staff member is as loving and caring as the next. Our team are truly experts, with decades of experience combined, what more could you want?
I joined Complete Training as their cause is something I can stand behind and be proud of. Growing up with a disability, and two deaf parents, I’ve seen first-hand the struggles of accessibility from unaware staff to poorly designed shows and venues. So, joining Complete Training was a no brainer for me if I can help reduce those struggles for everyone, as they are avoidable! I particularly resonate with their deaf and disability awareness courses as they are a real eye-opener (even for me!) and they truly do help workforces and individuals to be more aware.
We are proud of the fact that all our work is certified by The CPD Certification Service. CPD stands for “Continuing Professional Development”, and, in a nutshell, it means taking strides to enhance your personal skills and it is a nationally recognised qualification which helps you as individuals to step up your work and helps those of you who are searching for jobs.
We have worked with a range of companies, including The Box, Theatre Royal Plymouth, City College, Plymouth City Council, and many more, and we have retained a full 5-star rating!
