Complete Independence was formed to provide person-centred, bespoke support to individuals within the community, with the goal of creating a more independent and fulfilling lifestyle for each individual.
Our services cover a wide variety of areas; whether you need support within the home, skills development, or a helping hand in getting out and about, we are here to help! We believe that everyone should be able to live the life that they want, free of restrictions and barriers, and this is the mission that guides everything we do.
My journey with Complete Independence actually started with our sister company, Complete Communication. I began working with Complete Communication in April 2022 and quickly discovered that I loved being able to help people and make a positive impact on their lives. When the opportunity to work for Complete Independence came along, I knew it was a perfect opportunity to be able to organise and oversee the support whilst also having an opportunity to be hands-on and provide the support myself.
Now, in 2023, we have joined forces with our sister companies, Complete Communication and Complete Training, to form the Inclusivity Group. In the ever-changing sector of support services, innovation and collaboration are the cornerstones of progress. With this being said, we work very closely with both our sister companies to be able to deliver a wrap-around service to our customers. Being part of a group of companies with the shared goal of access and inclusion is amazing because there are always opportunities to expand and grow our service offering, as well as my personal knowledge and skills. This milestone is more than just a collaboration; it’s a commitment to fostering a future marked by access, empowerment, and inclusivity.
Our sister companies, with their respective strengths and expertise, complement our mission seamlessly. Complete Communication has excelled in breaking down communication barriers, while Complete Training has nurtured skills and potentials. By uniting, we’ve created a service that provides comprehensive and unwavering support.
One of the things that makes this group work so well is the variety of knowledge that we share. No matter what my question is, there is someone I can talk to who will have the answer or will guide me to research it myself. By working under a group structure, we are able to collaborate and inspire each other’s services to ensure we are providing the most comprehensive and high-quality service possible.
